TITAN KIOSK

A welcome and complementary addition to the Titan range, Kiosk is much more than just a front door swipe, it’s packed with a number of handy features and benefits for all venues.

TITAN KIOSK can run up to 30 promotions at any one time with promotions based on:
  • Membership Level (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Active, Unfinancial, MIA)
  • Number of combined swipes (e.g. every 5th person that swipes their card gets a ticket)
  • Number of individual swipes (e.g. if the same member swipes for 5 consecutive days they receive a ticket)
  • Birthday Prizes
  • Second chance ticket
Tickets can be printed from the KIOSK or from an external printer straight into a barrel.

TITAN KIOSK can become a redemption terminal if it is connected to TITAN REWARDS.


TITAN Membership

Control all facets of your membership including
  • Customising membership types / member interests to suit your venue
  • Assigning different members a different status, allowing you to reward certain members
  • Printing (including photos) and encoding of membership cards
  • Process renewals
  • Membership draw software
  • Reporting on member details

TITAN Paging

If TITAN Paging is connected to TITAN then the types of pages can cover
  • Payouts
  • Machine Faults
  • Whole of site turnover and then additional increments
  • Individual machine turnover and the additional increments
  • Payouts not responded to in a certain time period
  • Faulty machine page at certain times of the day (e.g. 10am and 2pm)
  • Excessive payouts pending

If TITAN Paging is connected to TITAN KIOSK then the types of pages available are
  • Excluded patrons
  • Membership expired – non-financial member
  • Membership due based on level (e.g. Gold Members)
  • Paper level of the voucher printer is low
  • Birthdays
  • Membership level entry (e.g. notify when a platinum member swipes)

You can customise up to 4 levels of paging and allocate certain pages to go to certain levels. For example:
  • Floor Staff – all machine faults / payouts and faults at certain times of the day
  • Duty Manager – excessive payouts pending, payouts not responded to in a certain time
  • Operations Manager – Gold members swiping
  • General Manager – Whole of site turnover and individual machine turnover
