Mark is leading Odyssey Gaming into a new phase of growth through his innovative and entrepreneurial management approach. Mark has over 20 years’ experience as a senior executive and consultant in the Gaming and Hospitality industries. During this time, he was the founding Director of Industry Data Online (IDOL), the leading provider of benchmarking in the Australian club industry, DIY Car Hire, an online car hire business that successfully adopts the ‘Do-It-Yourself and Save’ philosophy and CMP Marketing Services, a boutique consultancy specializing in the provision of market research, strategic marketing and planning. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (UQ) and an MBA (QUT).

Sharyn Condren brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Sales Team at Odyssey. Commencing her career in hospitality in 1985 on the Gold Coast, Sharyn has since held a number of positions in the service industry from the front line through to management roles. Sharyn has also recently joined the team, leaving a role as the Member Relations Manager at “Q” Clubs Buyers Group, her experience and knowledge enable her to understand your business and grasp your requirements.

Dale has been with Odyssey Gaming for 24 Years, having worked as a Gaming Technician for 13 years in the Gold Coast Region before moving into Sales and then into a Business Development Executive role. Dale is a vital member of the team and commits himself entirely to the success of his clients.


Emily Robie

CLIENT EXECUTIVE

Emily joined Odyssey in 2001 in the Support Helpdesk and became a Training Consultant in 2012. She has since joined the client executive team in Queensland servicing the Sunshine Coast region. Emily has over 14 years’ experience in the gaming industry and brings with her a wealth of knowledge to each venue.

Ben joined Odyssey as a Client Executive for Central Queensland in 2016. Based in Yeppoon, he has a background of over 20 years in client based sales and service industries – most recently in management and business development roles to sectors such as mining, construction and oil and gas infrastructure. Ben brings with him a reputation for building strong and valuable relationships and is well respected for his customer focused approach to business.


Brett Cook

CLIENT EXECUTIVE

Brett joined Odyssey in November 2016 as Client Executive, based in North Qld and more recently moved with his family to manage the Brisbane region. Brett has extensive gaming experience across 2 jurisdictions, working with IGT and Aruze covering most of Qld & Northern NSW. Prior to his 11 years in the gaming and hospitality industries, Brett worked in the FMCG market, covering several roles and regions throughout Australia, working with Bluechip companies Masterfoods, Nestle and Coca Cola Amatil over a 14 year period. Brett has a strong interest in all sports as a participant and spectator, enjoys keeping fit and spending time with his family and friends.


Ian Belford

CLIENT EXECUTIVE

Ian has over 9 years experience in the hospitality industry including Business Development and Territory Manager responsibilities for Reward Hospitality. Ian was also the Bottle Shop Manager at the Fiveways Hotel and the Retail Manager at the Stock Hotel in Toowoomba for 8 years. Ian has lived in Toowoomba for 22 years and has a Bachelor of Education (Primary) majoring in Physical Education form USQ.

Troy joined the Odyssey team as the Client Executive for North Queensland in 2017 after over 30 years in the hospitality industry. For the past 18 years Troy has been a Club Manager throughout Queensland from the Gold Coast, Tully in North Queensland and Airlie Beach. His vast hospitality experience and long gaming industry association sees him bring a wealth of gaming knowledge to the Odyssey team.
