Mark is leading Odyssey Gaming into a new phase of growth through his innovative and entrepreneurial management approach. Mark has over 20 years’ experience as a senior executive and consultant in the Gaming and Hospitality industries. During this time, he was the founding Director of Industry Data Online (IDOL), the leading provider of benchmarking in the Australian club industry, DIY Car Hire, an online car hire business that successfully adopts the ‘Do-It-Yourself and Save’ philosophy and CMP Marketing Services, a boutique consultancy specializing in the provision of market research, strategic marketing and planning. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (UQ) and an MBA (QUT).

Strategic Business Development Manager

Dale has been with Odyssey Gaming for 26 Years, having worked as a Gaming Technician for 13 years in the Gold Coast Region before moving into Sales and then into a Business Development Executive role. 

 

Dale is a vital member of the team and commits himself entirely to the success of his clients.

Chief Technology Officer

Carlos, is an experienced Technologist, Manager and Thought Leader with a 20+ year track record in IT Management, Architecture, Enterprise Engineering, Software Development, Technical Project Management & Business Analysis.

 

Prior to relocating back to Australia from the UK early in 2019, Carlos was the Senior Vice President and Global Engineering Group Manager for Development as part of Citi Bank's Central Architecture & Technology Engineering function.

Commercial Manager

Jason is a finance Leader with over 20 years experience including Commercial Management, Financial Accounting, Corporate Planning, Reporting & Analysis, Cost reduction/transformation projects, Financial systems implementation and Outsourcing. Known for building stakeholder rapport, talent development and business process improvement in complex and dynamic environments.

People & Culture Manager

Tanya is a commercially orientated HR professional who thrives on building long term relationships and improving business performance.

 

With over 20 years experience she is known for specialist skills in leadership and organisational development, talent management, change management, business restructuring and employee engagement.

Gaming Services Manager

Martin is an experienced Information Technology Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the gambling & casinos industry.

Martin is skilled in Computer Repair, Operations Management, Technical Support, Servers, and Software Installation.

He is a Strong engineering professional graduated from Army College of Tafe.

Training & Process Improvement Manager

Teresa is a project management professional with more than 25 years management experience.

With skills in documenting policies and procedures as well as designing good practices for continuous improvement.

 

Teresa also has a strong operational management background with expertise in quality management.
