DALE COY
Strategic Business Development Manager

Dale has been with Odyssey Gaming for 26 Years, having worked as a Gaming Technician for 13 years in the Gold Coast Region before moving into Sales and then into a Business Development Executive role. 

 

Dale is a vital member of the team and commits himself entirely to the success of his Clients & Team.

BRETT COOK 
Client Development Executive

Brett joined Odyssey in November 2016 as Client Executive, based in North Qld and more recently moved with his family to manage the Brisbane region. Brett has extensive gaming experience across 2 jurisdictions, working with IGT and Aruze covering most of Qld & Northern NSW.

 

Prior to his 11 years in the gaming and hospitality industries, Brett worked in the FMCG market, covering several roles and regions throughout Australia, working with Bluechip companies Masterfoods, Nestle and Coca Cola Amatil over a 14 year period. Brett has a strong interest in all sports as a participant and spectator, enjoys keeping fit and spending time with his family and friends.

EMILY ROBIE
Client Development Executive

Emily joined Odyssey in 2001 in the Support Helpdesk and became a Training Consultant in 2012. She has since joined the client executive team in Queensland servicing the Sunshine Coast region.

 

Emily has over 14 years’ experience in the gaming industry and brings with her a wealth of knowledge to each venue.

KIM AHMED
Marketing & Business Development Executive

Kim joined the Odyssey Team in February 2019 as a Marketing Consultant. Then in August 2019, we welcomed her into a full-time roll to look after Marketing and Business Development.

 

Kim has extensive gaming experience, having worked over 10 years as the Gaming Operations Manager for the ALH Group and a further 20 years working in Hotels and Clubs across various Operational rolls.

Kim has a long-standing history of working with venues to develop operational 

strategies including, service standards, benchmarking, loyalty programs and promotional activity.

Kim is a big supporter of Female Football in QLD and is currently the Female Football Coordinator at her daughter's local Soccer Club. 

MICHELLE TAYLOR
Sales & Event Coordinator

Michelle joined Odyssey in 2004 as a member of the Support Helpdesk.

Since then, she has worked across a number of different departments within the Odyssey Business, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way.

 

Michelle successfully coordinates both the Sales and Event side of Odyssey's business and is a big contributor to the overall success of the Business Development and Client Executive Team.

 

Michelle enjoys traveling with her family and watching her son play top level cricket.
