Odyssey's Management Team is an experienced group of individuals whose job it is to manage the day to day departmental operations of our business. 


Each member of the Management Team is dedicated to the ongoing delivery of positive Employee and Client outcomes, making the necessary changes to maintain unity and integrity in everything we do. 


IT & Installations Manager

Liam is a dedicated Information Technology professional who has held operational and technical roles in the Queensland gaming industry for over 22 years, 19 of those with Odyssey. 

Liam has played a key role in the management and delivery of numerous technology and systems integration projects. These include Odyssey's Wide Area Network and NBN deployments, several Wide Area Jackpot and Card Based Gaming System approvals, and various third party platform integrations. 


Liam is looking forward to the next phase of Odyssey's growth and leading his team through the cloud transformation journey in Odyssey's product roadmap. 


Customer Support Centre Manager

Michelle resumed her career with Odyssey in 2013 as a training consultant. Then in 2015, Michelle took on the important role of Customer Support Centre Manager.


Michelle's extensive gaming knowledge and customer service skills gained throughout her many  years of working in the gaming & hospitality industry are evident in her understanding of Clients needs. 

Thanks to Michelle's training program and intimate knowledge of Odyssey systems our Customer Support Team are able to successfully provide critical support and advice to hundreds of venues around Queensland on a daily basis.  


Business Process Improvement Manager

Teresa is an Operations and Project Management professional with more than 25 years experience. Her work spans a range of Industries including, medium-sized commercial software IT companies to large corporate financial institution with in excess of 30,000 staff.

Teresa’s life-long quest for learning and passion for people means she is a well respected Manager amongst her peers, and is able to achieve her own individual, team and organisational goals. 

Meet the Team


Compliance Manager

David began his career at Odyssey in 1998 as a member of the Support Help Desk, subsequently moving to a Support and Operations Management role before becoming Odyssey’s Compliance Manager in 2013.


His hands on experience with the support and management of daily monitoring operations has served to enhance David’s understanding of the commercial facets of gaming, whilst always ensuring compliance is maintained in a heavily regulated industry.


Group Product Manager

With over 20 years’ experience in the gaming industry, Carmen thrives on customer satisfaction and delivering solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.  


Prior to working as Group Product Manager at Odyssey, Carmen held various roles in product management, senior support analyst roles and gaming.  Carmen holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Software Development), Agile Product Manager Certification and a Diploma of Business Management.


Gaming Services Manager

Martin joined Odyssey Gaming in 2005 as a Electronic Repair Technician.


Over the years, Martin has played an important role in the advancement of Odyssey's IT Systems, installation processes and Gaming Services improvement. In 2009 he took on the role of IT/Installations Manager, then moved into his current role of Gaming Services Manager in 2019.


Martin is an experienced Information Technology Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Gambling & Casino Industry.
