Gaming Operations Services


In addition to machine maintenance services, Odyssey is regularly engaged by its customers to provide additional support services, including, but not limited to:

    • Coordination of EGM related changes at the venue including machine moves and upgrades
    • Coordination with suppliers for EGM related changes at the venue.
    • Coordination with Technical Support to schedule and implement all work required.
    • Coordination with OLGR for all Floor Layouts and Game approvals.
